The challenge
Drivers, workshops, refuelling and the engineering office ran on separate tools, which made it impossible to reconcile actual operational activity with its cost.
Our response
We unified the different functions into a single platform, with a dedicated screen per population: driver assignment and monitoring, workshop and maintenance work orders, refuelling and consumption tracking, and operations management. Each profile sees only what it needs, but the data feeds a single foundation usable for cost analysis and management reporting.
